The AGS Senior Band spread Christmas cheer at Tawas Village today!
Sims wished the kids a Merry Chip-mas. They love when we have sub day, because they get chips with their lunch.
Thursday we had orange chicken for lunch, Sims was worried that we were going to have his orange chicken for lunch.
Students are designing and building heat retaining devices after learning about energy transfer and movement of atoms. They tried to maintain a constant water temperature of 80 Celsius and recorded the temperature every two minutes for thirty minutes. The next step is to graph the results.
Congratulations to this week’s Positivity Project student of the week recipients. This week’s P2 Character Strength was Supporting Others. Remember Wolverines that when we lift others up, we all rise together.

Oh Sims, you are one clever elf! The kids enjoyed our version of Domino's pizza.
Environmental science students played The Watershed Game, a simulation created by the University of Minnesota and NOAA to help students understand land management decisions, water quality assurance, and careers that are associated with community and municipality planning and budgeting.
