Attention all current NHS members and soon to be inducted NHS member. The NHS induction ceremony that was scheduled for Sunday 3/15 has been postponed until Wednesday 3/18 at 6pm. Students need to report at 5pm.

Signs of our first native plant seedlings are a sign that Spring is near, despite the cold weather outside the greenhouse🙂.

Our elementary students had the joy of learning a bit about science today at our Circus Science assembly with Dynamic School Assemblies. We learned about gravity, physics, momentum and had a blast!

Students in 7th grade science went head to head in a single elimination, five round tournament with their rubberband powered racecars. Along with an overall winner, individual honors also included people's choice, hardest worker, and best looking car.

Biology students are exploring the wonders of microscopy.

Growing season has begun as environmental science students planted seeds from native Michigan plants that were harvested last Fall. The plants will be available for purchase later this school year and will also be used in our green infrastructure installations around Au Gres.

The last day of National School Breakfast Week. A Quest for School Breakfast was a huge success. The kids and their families had an opportunity to enjoy our gourmet donuts, yogurt parfaits, applesauce, juice and milk.

The kids enjoyed all of their prizes that they won from just coming to eat breakfast in the morning. thanks to our sponsors Ace Hardware, Davidson's Rock'n, Au Gres PTO, Sunrise Market, Freakin' Pickles, Arenac Realty and Treasures Forever.
