STUDENT ENROLLMENT

Enrollment requirements: your child's birth certificate, current immunization record, and proof of residency (ie: phone bill, rental agreement, electric bill). Please plan on enrolling your child one to two days before they will be attending. This will allow us time to prepare a schedule and notify teachers. Note: After completing the online registration, you will be contacted by the Principal's secretary to schedule an in-person meeting to finalize enrollment. Plan on the appointment taking 10-15 minutes. If your child is in High School it would be helpful to have a list of current classes being taken, as well as a transcript of completed classes.

Any medication that is to be taken by a student during the school day, including over-the-counter medications, must be brought to the office, by a parent or guardian, along with the completed medication form. If it is a prescription medication, the form must be completed and signed by a Doctor. No medication will be given to your child unless this medical form is on file and properly filled out and signed by a parent/guardian and/or Doctor. All medication is kept in a locked cabinet and will be dispensed by office personnel.
