Today marks the official start of the native Michigan plant propagation season for environmental science students. They braved the deep snow to start planting seeds. Huge thank you to our maintenance staff for clearing a path to get into the greenhouse!

Today was famous Chinese Day, they suprised me i thought for sure they would have chosen the garlic french bread pizza.
The kids loved the the kumkuats the other day, so they decided they wanted more today.
Environmental science students tested the efficiency of their bridge models. The highest performing bridge was able to hold over 9000 grams while the bridge itself had a mass of 23 grams. In other words, this would be equivalent to an apple slice having a 20 pound weight hanging from it, and the apple slice wouldn't break!
