7th grade science ball run apparatuses were put to the test as student teams competed to create a ball run from only 30 sheets of paper and tape. The team who used the least number of sheets with the longest run time of the ball won. The winning team had a whopping 16.12 seconds of runtime for the ball!

Our place-based education approach to learning has resulted in multiple student-led community environmental action projects throughout Au Gres. Congratulations to Wayne Freeman and Collin Verdusco on their outstanding performance at the 2026 MSBOA All State Band!
Collin performed with the MS Band and Wayne performed with the HS Band along with other outstanding musicians from around the state.
The concert was in Grand Rapids on Saturday after 2 days of very intense rehearsals.
