A few more PAWS winners

We had our first PAWS assembly last Friday to recognize all of the positive behavior we have seen the first month of school. Students can earn tickets from any staff member in the building who sees them exhibiting positive Wolverine behaviors. If your ticket is drawn, you get to select a prize. All students also earned extra recess to reward the great start to the year.

⭐️A Peek Into the Life of a Kindergartener!
Our students put their imaginations to work this week as they built with Legos while strengthening their fine motor skills. They also practiced patience and developed early writing skills through painting activities.
The highlight of the week was introducing our book bins! 📚 Although our students are not reading independently yet, they love using their imaginations, taking picture walks through their favorite books, and sharing special spaces in the classroom with new friends.
There is so much learning, exploring, creating, and growing happening in Mrs. Avram's kindergarten class and we love watching it all unfold! ❤️
