Attention Au Gres-Sims and Surrounding Areas!! BEWARE of the FLAMINGOS!!! Don't be alarmed though! FLAMINGO FLOCKING Think of it as a pretty-in-pink prank, with a twist of tacky.There seems to be something about a lawn full of bright pink plastic flamingos that appeals to a certain sense of humour. What can't be denied is that they certainly attract attention and, hopefully, bring in the cash. HOW DOES FLAMINGO FLOCKING WORK?? The AGS Volleyball team is trying to raise funds for team camp and uniforms. Under the cover of darkness members of the VB team will visit a member of the community's front yard and fill it with 20 or so pink plastic flamingos. In the morning the victim will look out of their window to find that they have been flamingoed! They then have to pay a de-flocking fee to have the offending birds removed. Once the donation is paid, we will offer the victim the chance to decide who might next be a suitable candidate for flocking. This continues for a determined amount of time (yet to be decided) until the well traveled flamingos are put away until next year. Your target will never know you were behind the prank — unless you want them to, that is. [Caution: Some people have absolutely no sense of humor at all. We will offer to remove the flamingos immediately and free of charge for such individuals.] FLAMINGO INSURANCE People will also be offered flamingo insurance.
