The fifth graders took a virtual trip to the Michigan Supreme Court Learning Center and learned about the Judicial Branch. Trial courts hear over 3,000,000 cases per year, but less than 100 make it to the State Supreme Court. As your case moves up, more judges make decisions on your behalf from 1, to 3, to 7. The U.S. Supreme Court has 9 justices. The students happily recognized the places they visited last year! #AGSDailyShare #AGSInThisTogether #WolverinesLead
