Congratulations Lucas Verdusco and his SSC Soccer teamates on your league Championship win last night . #WeAreTheBar

Today is the last day (Thursday) for the book fair. I will be open until 4:30 tonight. Thank you to everyone who has come out and supported our book fair. All the proceeds are used to purchase the Scholastic Magazines for each Elementary classroom. We also purchased math games and literacy activities for kindergarten and first grade this year.

It's officially Fall and our flowers are still blooming in the Court St. bioswale! This green infrastructure diverts stormwater runoff into the ground, instead of into the Au Gres River. The native Michigan plants absorb and break down pollutants carried in the stormwater. The images show Brown-eyed Susan, Shrubby Cinquefoil, and Prairie Heart-leaved Aster blooming right now in the bioswale.

We would like to say a big thank you to Peggy at Pointe Market for the generous donation of ice cream bars. Today was Count Day and on this very important day, students in attendance had a chance to be drawn for a sweet treat thanks to Peggy!
