The Michigan Context and Performance Report Card is published by the Mackinac Center for Public Policy every three years, but this is the first time that it has been released since 2020 due to the pandemic. The report measures Michigan public elementary and middle schools against each other using student performance on the M-STEP in comparison the expected results based on the school's socioeconomic status level.
