The Au Gres-Sims School District asbestos management plan is available for your review at the principal's office of each building and at the superintendent's office without cost or restriction during normal business hours. If you wish to have a copy, please notify the Administration Office, and it will be supplied to you within five (5) working days at a cost of $.30 per page. During the summer of 2008 asbestos tile was removed from four high school classrooms and the counselor's office and replaced with vinyl tile.

During the summer of 2020 asbestos tile and mastic holding both tile and carpeting was removed from 19 rooms in the elementary. Tile and carpeting were removed from the old principal's office in the high school along with the windows.
